Today we had are house deep cleaned, and as we walked into the house, we couldn’t get it over the executive service that was provided by Rachel,Emma, Amber and Tara. These girls went above and beyond are expectations.

I’ve been using Belle Home for a while. Their team always arrives in uniform with full supplies, and their operations are orderly. If you want the most consistent slot, I highly recommend the 8:00 AM first-of-the-day window—they are there sharp, so be prepared. They are also completely trustworthy with keys, so you don't need to be home for them to get the job done. What I truly appreciate is how easy their office and staff communication is. Their text-based system is excellent, and whenever I have a question or request, I always get a fast, helpful response from a real human rather than an automated voice line.

The quality of the cleaning is consistently high. They seem to follow a well-trained method, working from the back of the room to the entrance so they never walk over freshly cleaned floors.
They are also great at listening to specific requests. They handle my dishes in the sink by hand, pay attention to detail such as pet hair from my cat and dog, and are always proactive about moving and replacing surface small appliances and clutter.

I want to specifically recognize Jesse, Rachel, Jazminn, Nicole, Emma, and Ten (Alexis) for the outstanding work they’ve done on my home. I know I’ve likely missed the names of a few other hardworking staff members, but please know that the quality is consistently excellent regardless of who is on the team that day. While they are on the higher end of the pricing scale, the consistency, communication, and peace of mind make it well worth it. Highly recommended!

We have been very happy with Belle Home Cleaning for several years. The women who come to clean at our house are cheerful and energetic, polite, observant, and fastidious. Recently Angelisse cleaned our house and she did a great job. Because we heat with wood, we get a lot of soot on the mantle, even with our air purifier running 24/7. Angelisse cleaned all of the woodwork on the fireplace and left it sparkling.

My first time using a cleaning service anywhere. After 3 1/2 years in my current New Haven apartment I decided it was time to fix things starting with the “deep clean” Belle Home offers. Ten, Jenna, and Dennie did an amazing job not only cleaning the surfaces and floors that had gotten grimy and out of control, but also de-cluttering much of my stuff that I had gotten used to being in the way. Looking forward to the recurring visit. I felt I got good value for the transformation in my living space, even if the service isn’t low cost. Would recommend if it’s in your price range.

Shana, Jenna and Rachel showed up as a team and spent hours transforming the look and feel of this house, and did a fantastic job for us. Leanne did a bang-up job cleaning our house. We're very happy to have a pro. Also, it gives us pease of mind that Belle employs the cleaners rather than misclassifying them as independent contractors.

I am generally pleased with this cleaning service. I think you definitely need to be specific about what you want, but they do listen and try to accommodate your requests. You need to state that you want the same person and time each week or it can change without notice. When I wasn't happy with one particular cleaning, they sent someone back to redo the areas still needing attention. I have had Alyssa now for about 12 months and I am satisfied with my fresh and sparkling home when she is done.

This is our first time using Belle Home, and we are truly impressed by Shana and Mariana’s service and professionalism. They did an amazing job with the initial deep clean and left every surface spotless. Despite time constraints on our end, they were super accommodating and helped us prioritize the areas that mattered the most, all while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the rest of the apartment.

We also want to highlight Michelle, who handles customer service—she has been consistently kind and responsive, and a pleasure to communicate with throughout the process (whether over phone or email).

Overall, this has been a wonderful experience and we hope to continue working with Belle Home going forward. Highly recommended to anyone in New Haven area!

We signed up for a deep clean and monthly service to help keep up with the household after having a baby. Rachel and Leanne were very sweet and did a great job! Some areas we were surprised at the attention to detail (e.g., a fingerprint smudge on the smart thermostat I've been meaning to clean). There were a few small areas that we felt were overlooked, but overall they did an excellent job. We'd be happy to have them back!

Angelisse was excellent. She was very efficient, positive, and communicated well. She had some additional time & did some extra tasks, which I appreciated.

We hired this company to do a move-out deep clean of only our kitchen and bathrooms. Michelle was the representative who got us set up and she was AMAZING! I had reached out to several cleaners and every option other than Belle Home Housecleaning has been blowing up my phone trying to get me to sign a long term contract. Michelle was incredibly kind and completely understanding about us considering other options, she was never pushy and I greatly appreciated that! She was also very considerate about our budget and very quick to communicate what the cleaners needed throughout the process.

In general - I adore this company’s commitment to eco-cleaning! My cat and I have matching asthma and neither of us had a flare up while they were cleaning, which is a first!

About the cleaners - Rachel and Amber were both amazing! They came right in and got to work and worked so hard the entire time. There were several tough spots that were left in our home from the previous tenants. Our landlord said she had to hire pro cleaners 3-4 times to fully get the house cleaned for us and they still couldn’t clean those spots. But Amber and Rachel got those tough spots (with a LOT of effort) on their first try, they never backed down!

Belle Home Housecleaning helped me leave our rental a million times better than we found it, I’m so thankful and will definitely be using this company for all my future cleaning needs!! (Plus, they were both SO fun to chat with, and made the process of me packing our house much more entertaining!)

Belle Home Housecleaning was great! Not only did they do an efficient job but they were early and didn’t take nearly as long as previous companies have but still got the job done. The house was clean and smelled great and you wouldn’t have even known they were there because they left without a trace! Shawna, Ximena and Martha were so nice, outgoing and so easy to work around since I had to stay and work from home. We hired them since we are hosting Thanksgiving next weekend and needed a home reset and that’s exactly what we got. Would definitely hire Belle Home Housecleaning again!

Belle home housecleaning is wonderful! The service is excellent every time. They are so responsive via text and make detailed notes that are always followed up on. For example, I like how my vacuum works on my rugs a bit better than the one they bring so they made a note to use ours and it gets done every time. Every person who has come to our home has done a wonderful job, but Andrea P is especially wonderful and add lots of sweet touches, like really thoughtfully arranging couch pillows and folding blankets.

Dennie is amazing!!!!! She knows exactly how I like everything cleaned. She never misses anything. Coming home to a clean home is thr best feeling ever. I highly recommended using Belle Home Housecleaning and I definitely recommend Dennie.

I cannot recommend Belle Home Housecleaning enough! Kate, Andrea, and Kori were absolutely incredible: professional, efficient, friendly, and kind. My 3-bd 1-bth house is cleaner than I think it’s ever been. There were dark rust-colored marks and stains in my sink that I truly thought were permanent, and somehow they got them out. Now my sink looks brand new!

I have a corgi (Nugget) who sheds constantly, and yet I can’t find a single corgi hair anywhere in the entire house. I have no idea how they did it! They worked quickly but didn’t miss a thing, and even though my boyfriend and I were both working from home that day, they were so thoughtful and never made us feel in the way.

Top to bottom: our house looks great! I’m beyond impressed with their attention to detail and how pleasant they made the whole experience. This was the best housecleaning experience I have ever had.
